Who we are

Senior Pet Vet is a mobile practice devoted entirely to senior pets — palliative medicine, hospice support, acupuncture, and peaceful in-home euthanasia across Bergen and Rockland counties.

There are no fifteen-minute appointment blocks here. Our visits happen in living rooms, at the pace each family needs. That changes what it feels like to do this work — for the pets, for their people, and for you.

I get to give families the one thing a busy clinic never could — time. Sitting on a living-room floor, helping a dog feel comfortable and a family feel understood, is the most meaningful medicine I’ve ever practiced.

Working here

It is tender, meaningful work. There are hard days — we won’t pretend otherwise — but they are balanced by the profound gratitude of families and the knowledge that you gave a beloved pet a peaceful, dignified goodbye. We support each other through the heavy moments with debriefs and genuine team care.
