Small changes can tell us a lot.
As pets age, changes in their health can happen gradually. A little more difficulty getting up, changes in appetite or weight, drinking more water, sleeping differently, or simply seeming “not quite themselves” can all be meaningful. Regular senior-focused veterinary care helps us identify these changes earlier, follow them over time, and make thoughtful recommendations to support your pet’s health, comfort, and quality of life.
And because we see your pet at home, we see more than we might in an exam room. We can observe how they move through their environment, where they sleep, how they navigate stairs and flooring, and the everyday details that can have a meaningful impact on an older pet.

Senior pets don’t all need the same level of care. Our Senior Care Plans provide different levels of ongoing veterinary support based on your pet’s age, health, and individual needs.
Rather than waiting until something is wrong, we stay connected throughout the year—giving us opportunities to recognize changes, address concerns, and adjust recommendations as your pet ages.
Level 1
Senior Care — Level 1
Proactive care for healthy senior pets
Designed for older pets who are doing well but would benefit from regular senior-focused monitoring.
Includes:
- Two in-home senior veterinary exams per year
- Two routine virtual check-ins per year
- Senior laboratory testing twice per year
- Annual blood pressure evaluation
- Annual blood parasite screening
- Ongoing review of health and age-related changes
- Coordination with your family veterinarian as needed
Level 2
Senior Care — Level 2
Closer monitoring for senior pets with changing needs
Designed for older pets experiencing age-related changes, chronic medical conditions, mobility concerns, or other evolving needs who would benefit from more frequent veterinary oversight.
This closer level of care can also help us recognize when a pet’s needs are shifting beyond routine senior care and a more individualized palliative approach may be appropriate.
Includes:
- Four in-home senior veterinary exams per year
- Four routine virtual check-ins per year
- Quarterly senior laboratory testing
- Annual blood pressure evaluation
- Annual blood parasite screening
- More frequent monitoring of health, comfort, mobility, and quality of life
- Ongoing care recommendations as your pet’s needs change
- Coordination with your family veterinarian as needed

To preserve the time, availability, and continuity of care each enrolled pet deserves, a limited number of Senior Care Plan memberships are available.
